ShapeShifters is located in the Downtown Dance Collective, at 121 W. Main St., across from the parking garage.  Bathrooms provide convenient changing space, as well as hairdryers, curling irons, etc. for freshening up after a workout.  The studio itself is furnished with state-of-the-art equipment, including treadmill, a variety of weight lifting equipment, stability balls, balance boards, Bosu balls, tubing, bands and medicine balls. Equipment used is dependent on each person and his or her needs. Easy trail access provides many outdoor cardio opportunities for those bored with working out indoors.
